Smartbuy provides a Six month warranty on select product categories
Smartbuy's six months Warranty does not apply to products that are not were not sold by Smartbuy. Some product brands may also have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer and based on the manufacturers official warranty provisions in Nigeria, warranties will be given on the said products.
Smartbuy does not give warranties on accessories such as cases and covers of Laptop Computers, Tablets or Phones. No warranties are given on earphones, screen protector, phone chargers, laptop batteries, laptop chargers or computer software.
Limitation of Warranty for Electronics:
• Connection to a faulty power source
• Alteration, Modification, Disassembly or unauthorized repair
• Improper use of product
• Normal wear and tear
• User inflicted intentional or accidental damage
• Any other cause not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
This Warranty is void if any manufacturer labels or stickers have been removed or altered, or if any counterfeit labels are found on the product. Any counterfeit products are excluded from warranty and will only be returned at the expense of the sender.
Smartbuy Warranty is void for products not ordered within Nigeria. Smartbuy cannot provide technical support or replacements for such products.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by 48hours of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund up to 50% of item's price.
Your refund is processed once we receive your returned item. You may expect your refund within 5 – 10 working days in order for us to receive, process the return and credit your account.
